Clizia villa is not just restaurant but we carry our food catering to your home or wherever you want!

Villa Clizia provides a mobile kitchen that allows us to prepare all dishes on the client catering’s location and all are cooked freshly at the moment. So there is no warmed up or pre-heated food.

Our catering is a full service: you tell us what you want and we can take care of everything:

  • layout,
  • cutlery,
  • towels and tablecloths,
  • chairs,
  • tables,
  • search for the location,
  • invitations,
  • flowers,
  • photos...
in a word, we do everything!
Our catering service take care of all what is needed to prepare for every kind of event: a romantic dinner at home, your wedding with many guests or a business convention with refreshments. We serve from two to 500 people.

There are different types of catering offered by Clizia Villa. It depends on the occasion and the type of clientele: a friends’ party, a corporate event or a religious reception. We can offer buffet or a sit down dining experience, this depends on the number of guest and the formality of these events. In any case Villa Clizia offers catering, resources and services that are adaptable to each occasion, according to customer needs.

The prices are very competitive and custom-made, depending on the type of events, the menu, the location selected and the services included. Villa Clizia can offer you an even more competitive rate when ordering for a ma up to a maximum of 100 people, as we do have the setting chairs, cutlery, dishes, etc.) in house and therefore we don’t have to hire them from external sources.

Villa Clizia’s catering service is designed to understand and meet all the requirements that a client may have when he organized an event, whatever it is. Our staff is able to look after you in all phases of the organization: from the choice of location, the setting decoration, such as flowers as well as photography. We also arrange to have hostess and reception of guests, we can provide for the invite’s design and print, of course, the preparation of food and drink on the place, thanks to our mobile kitchens and to the professionalism and competence of our staff.

Buffet (presented in single-portion)

Hors d'oeuvre and first course

  • Pizza roll
    Mixture with mozzarella. Mozarella is drawn and coated with a tomato puree ancd then all this elements are rolled
  • Tuna tataki
    Tuna’s fillet browned very quickly and then cooled in ice

Second course

  • Roast Beef of Piemontese meat
    Roast beef made from Piemontese (Cazzamali) meat. It’s cooked with vacuum method.
  • Eppimil
    Revisiting weel-known hamburgher, it includes a sesame sandwich (that is own production) with breast of quail, a confit tomato and mayonnaise siphon.

Dessert

  • Ciocococco
    Cocoa Bavarian with mango-flavoured gelè and chocolate and faucet creamy
  • Chocolate’s trilogy
    3 chocolate mousse (dark, milk and white) composed with the same consistency, in glass served.


Seated

  • Potato’s cream with fried egg and bacon puff
  • “Mantecato” Stockfish with grape seed oil and with crunchy corn wafer
  • Pumpkin and amaretto ravioli with mandorla and faucet mousse
  • Veal “Guanciale” (meat) with Dijon mustard
  • Gratinated crespelle with passion fruit, licis and cardamom sauce
